PVC agricultural irrigation pipe

Jianhua PVC irrigation pipes carry water from pumps and storage points to fields, orchards and landscaped areas. The pipes and fittings form main lines, sub-main lines and branches in an irrigation network.

The PVC-U pipe body is light to handle and has a smooth inner surface for water flow. Straight pipes, bends, tees and other fittings help contractors arrange the network around fields, planting beds and watering zones.

Select the diameter and pressure class for the pump, elevation changes, flow demand and operating conditions. Filters, valves, drip lines and sprinklers are selected separately as part of the irrigation design.

· Check flow, pressure loss and pump pressure before selecting the pipe size.

· Use the specified joint system and allow any solvent-cement joints to cure as directed.

· Lay the pipe on stable bedding without sharp stones or hard contact points.

· Provide valves, air-release points and fitting restraint where shown in the design.

· Flush the network before connecting irrigation outlets, then test each zone for leaks.
