Short introduction
Jianhua PE corrugated pipes include buried drainage products and separate cable protection ducts. Choose the pipe structure and intended use first, then confirm the size, stiffness class and joint system.
Product description
HDPE double-wall drainage pipes have a smooth inner wall for gravity flow and a corrugated outer wall for resistance to external loads. Steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipes use reinforcement within the profiled wall for specified buried drainage projects.
HDPE double-wall telecom ducts protect communication cables and are specified by cable clearance and external load. They must have their own product data. Perforated HDPE drainage models collect groundwater and need a suitable filter and drainage layer; their wall structure and opening pattern should be checked separately.
Main features
· Double-wall and steel strip reinforced drainage options
· Smooth inner flow surface on the relevant drainage models
· Separate double-wall telecom duct series
· Perforated HDPE collection pipes where specified

Typical applications
· Municipal gravity sewer and stormwater systems
· Road and site drainage
· Groundwater collection using perforated models
· Underground communication cable routes using telecom models
Installation and construction notes
· For drainage pipes, set the designed slope and provide continuous bedding and evenly compacted side fill.
· Select the joint procedure for the actual model. Reinforced spiral pipes may use approved fusion, welding or band systems rather than a generic socket joint.
· For perforated pipes, install the specified graded aggregate and filter fabric, and check opening orientation.
· For telecom ducts, maintain a clear bore, draw rope and suitable cable entry protection.
· Check the required cover before construction traffic crosses the route, and inspect the completed line using the method specified for its use.
