Short introduction
7-way HDPE cable ducts combine seven round cable channels in one profile. Separate bores help organize communication cables and allow unused channels to be reserved for future work.
Product description
The integrated duct provides multiple pathways for underground fiber optic and telecommunications cables. Select the bore diameter to suit the cable size and pulling method, and check the complete profile against the burial load and route bends.
Use couplings designed for the seven-bore profile so each channel remains aligned and clear. Other bore counts belong to separate models in the wider HDPE multi-bore range.
Main features
· Seven separate round cable bores
· Integrated HDPE profile
· Channels for separate cable routes and spare capacity
· Compatible couplings for the confirmed seven-bore model
Typical applications
· Underground fiber optic routes
· Telecom network expansion
· Roadside communication infrastructure
· Municipal cable routes with spare channels
Installation and construction notes
· Confirm the seven-bore model, internal bore diameter and outside dimensions before ordering.
· Keep all channels clean and align every bore at profile joints.
· Use a suitable draw rope and smooth entry guide for each occupied bore.
· Maintain the minimum bend radius of the complete profile and provide even bedding.
· Check channel continuity and record used and spare bores at each cable access chamber.
